How to Initiate A Refund
In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at  with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return shipping process
We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:
Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons,resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
The products should be purchased only from and not from any other Retailer be it be offline or online. Return request should be raised within 9 business days from the date of delivery.
We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 9 business day refund period.
Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
Products should reach us in sellable condition.
Please email us at with a photograph of the product and the package.
Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will  update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and taxes for returning your item. 
No Return Scenario :
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
Package refused by recipient.
Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
Delay in receving the order
If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest. In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money in your banking account or track your order and expedite the shipment. 
You will not be entitled for any cash refunds per our policy.
In certain situations partial refunds might be granted if applicable (items not in  original condition, damage or missing part, items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping  and taxes will be deducted from your refund. If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, within 5 to 7 business days. 
If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.                                                                                                  The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.
Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.
Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing time lines provided by the banks. 
Order Cancellation by us:
  While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed,
  there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
  Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to:)
  Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock.
  Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information.
  Non-serviceable locations.
  At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any  order.
  We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.                  If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you.
